A healthy smoothie to nourish dry or overstyled hair. I use this one myself when I have the time or when my hair is overly-abused by hair products.
You will need:
2 oz. purified water (water from a tap is fine, but it always helps to have purified water)
1 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. wheat germ oil
In blender combine all ingredients and pulse on medium 10 to 20 seconds. Using fingers, apply mixture to hair in downward motion, smoothing as you go. Leave on at least 45 minutes and whilst this is happening, eat the other half of banana(it's good for you). Rinse with warm water, and shampoo. You can skip your regular conditioner, but do a final rinse with cold water.
